Refund and Returns Policy

Refund and Returns Policy

Last updated 18 September 2026

This policy explains how to cancel an online order, return an unwanted item, and obtain a remedy for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods bought from The Nollins Collection. It does not limit your statutory rights.

Contacting us about a return

Email info@tripleu.co.uk before sending an item back. Include your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the return. You do not need to give a reason when exercising your statutory right to cancel.

Returns address: Please obtain return instructions from us before posting your parcel. This would confirm a returning address to you.

Change of mind returns

For most products bought online, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. If one order is delivered in separate parcels, the period normally begins after the last parcel is received. After telling us that you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 30-day return period from the date of delivery. Returns made after the statutory cancellation period but within our 30-day period must be unused, complete and in a resalable condition. This additional policy does not reduce your legal rights during the statutory cancellation period.

Condition of returned goods

During the statutory cancellation period, you may handle an item only as you would in a shop to establish its nature, characteristics and function. We may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.

Please return all parts, accessories, instructions and promotional items supplied with the product. Original packaging is recommended because it helps protect the item, but it is not an absolute condition of a statutory return.

Return postage

You (the buyer) are responsible for the direct cost of returning an unwanted item unless we have agreed otherwise. We recommend a tracked service and ask you to keep proof of posting. The parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

We pay reasonable return costs where an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect or not as described. Contact us first so that we can arrange an appropriate return method. Do not send an item back at our expense without our agreement.

We recommend using a tracked service, and you may also wish to insure your parcel for peace of mind particularly for fragile or higher value items.

Refunds

We issue the refund to the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the goods or receive evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. We may withhold the refund until then. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account. We do not have to refund any extra amount paid for express or premium delivery.

We refund the price paid for returned goods. If you cancel the whole order under your statutory right, we also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.

Faulty damaged or incorrect goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Please contact us promptly if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing parts. Photos of the product and packaging may help us resolve the matter, but providing photos does not replace your legal rights.

• Within 30 days of delivery, you normally have the short-term right to reject faulty goods and receive a refund.
• After 30 days, you may usually ask for a repair or replacement first. If that remedy is impossible, unsuccessful or not provided within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, you may be entitled to a price reduction or final rejection.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, failure to follow instructions or unauthorised repairs are not product faults. These points do not limit any remedy you are entitled to by law.

Items excluded from change of mind returns

The right to cancel does not apply to certain goods where the law provides an exception. These include:

• goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
• goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery;
• sealed audio, video or computer software once unsealed; and
• digital content once supply has begun after you gave the required consent and acknowledgement.
• Intimate products and items

An exception to change of mind returns does not remove your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. Sale items have the same statutory rights as full-price items.

Exchanges and gifts

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. The quickest option is normally to return the original item and place a new order. Refunds are made to the original payment method, including where an item was bought as a gift. This does not affect a recipient’s ability to report a faulty product.
