Terms of Service
Last updated 18 September 2026
These terms apply when you use tripleu.co.uk or buy products from The Nollins Collection. They should be read with our Delivery Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
About us
The Nollins Collection is a tradimng name of TRIPLE-U LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 15675288. Registered office: Bowen Suite, The Globe Centre, Accrington, Lancashire, BB5 0RE, United Kingdom. Email: info@tripleu.co.uk. We are not currently registered for VAT.
Shopify provides our online store platform. Your contract for goods is with TRIPLE-U LTD, not Shopify.
Using the website
You must use the website lawfully and must not interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, misuse another person’s account, scrape the store without permission, infringe intellectual property rights or use the website to send unlawful or misleading material.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you create an account, keep your login details secure and provide accurate, current information. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
Products
We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens, and measurements may have minor manufacturing tolerances. Styling accessories shown in photographs are not included unless the product description says they are.
Product descriptions may be updated and availability may change. This does not affect a contract already formed or your rights to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
Orders and contract formation
Placing an order is an offer to buy the products shown in your basket. An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we received the order; it does not mean we have accepted it. We accept the order when we send a dispatch confirmation. A separate contract is formed for each dispatch where an order is sent in parts.
Before dispatch, we may decline an order if an item is unavailable, payment is not authorised, delivery restrictions apply, there is an obvious pricing or description error, quantity limits are exceeded, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. We will explain the position where appropriate and refund any payment taken for an order we do not accept.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. We are not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not separately charged and no VAT invoice is available. Delivery charges and any other unavoidable charges payable to us are shown before you place the order.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment must be authorised before dispatch. Payment providers process payment credentials under their own terms and privacy notices.
If we identify an obvious price error before acceptance, we will contact you and allow you to continue at the correct price or cancel. We will not increase the price of an accepted order without your agreement.
Delivery
Delivery areas, charges and estimated times are set out in our Delivery Policy. Unless another period is agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days after the contract is made. Estimates do not remove any rights you have where delivery is late.
Goods remain our responsibility until you or a person you nominate takes physical possession, except where you independently appoint a carrier that we did not offer. Ownership passes when we have received full payment and the goods have been delivered.
International orders
International availability depends on the product and destination. Unless checkout expressly states that duties are included, the recipient is responsible for import VAT, customs duties, carrier clearance fees and other local charges. You must comply with the laws of the destination country. We may decline an order where the product is restricted or cannot be shipped safely or lawfully.
Cancellation returns and faulty goods
Our Refund and Returns Policy explains how to cancel and return an order. For most online purchases, you may cancel within 14 days after the day you receive the goods and then have a further 14 days to return them, subject to legal exceptions. We also offer a voluntary 30-day return period on the conditions stated in that policy.
Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Your remedies for faulty goods arise under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and are not limited by a manufacturer’s warranty or our voluntary returns policy.
Promotions and gift cards
A promotion may have additional terms, eligibility criteria, dates or exclusions displayed with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, have no cash value and apply only during the advertised period. Statutory rights apply to sale goods in the same way as full-price goods.
Gift cards, if offered, are subject to the terms shown when purchased. Nothing in those terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Reviews and user content
Any review or content you submit must reflect your genuine experience, be lawful and not infringe another person’s rights. You must disclose any incentive. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and reproduce submitted content for operating and promoting the store. You retain ownership of your content.
We may moderate or remove unlawful, abusive, irrelevant or misleading content. We do not remove a genuine review merely because it is negative.
Intellectual property
The website’s text, product photography, graphics, branding and design are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and use the site for personal shopping. You must not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except where law allows.
Third party services and links
The website may link to third-party services or offer tools supplied by payment, social-media or other providers. Their services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content or services that we do not control, but this does not exclude responsibility that law places on us for our own sale of goods.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We supply consumer products for private use and are not responsible for business losses such as lost profit, revenue or opportunity where you use a product for commercial purposes.
Nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, defective products where liability cannot be excluded, breach of statutory consumer rights, or any other liability that law does not permit us to exclude.
Events outside our reasonable control
If an event outside our reasonable control delays or prevents performance, we will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and contact you where it materially affects your order. Your rights relating to delayed delivery and cancellation remain available.
Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information. Our Cookie Policy explains cookies and similar technologies. Shopify also processes information to provide and secure the store and, for some services, for purposes described in its own privacy information.
Complaints and disputes
Email info@tripleu.co.uk with your order number and a clear description of the issue. We will try to resolve the complaint promptly. If a consumer dispute remains unresolved, we will provide information about any certified alternative dispute resolution provider that applies and whether we are required or willing to use it. You may still bring a claim in court.
Governing law
These terms and consumer contracts are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protection applicable where you live. You may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live. Customers outside the UK retain any mandatory local rights that apply to the transaction.
Changes and other terms
The terms in force when we accept your order apply to that order. Updated terms apply to later orders. If a court finds one provision unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right. We may transfer our rights and obligations only where this does not reduce your protections.
